The volumetric Dough Divider is the process accelerating machine in the bakery. It cuts the dough at the requested weight by means of vacuum generated in the cylinder by the piston up and down movement. The machine is equipped with automatic oiling system to lubrify all parts needing oil and the flour duster for dough needing flour. The oil to be used is the one compatible with food. The machine can be easily move by means of wheels. The hopper can be made with non-sticky material (Teflon) by request.
